Returns Procedure: Before you return any product(s) you must fully complete a returns form, and be issued a Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number). Once you have fully completed a returns form please fax or email the form to us. Please be advised we are only able to process returns purchased within the last 3 months. Fax: +44 (0)203 0700 988 Email: returns@genuine-solutions.co.uk When we receive the form we will issue you a RA Number. This is usually sent by email within 24 hours. When you receive your RA Number you can then proceed with your product returns. PLEASE REMEMBER 1) Your RA Number is valid for 14 days only.. If your goods are received later than the 7 day period they will be returned to you and you will need to obtain a new RA Number. 2) Do not send any products other than those on your original Returns Form submitted for the RA Number. If their is a discrepancy, your goods will be returned in full and you will need to obtain a new RA Number. 3) You must include your original Returns Form with your products. Once you have packaged your return products with the Returns Form, you must also complete a Goods Returns Label and place it on your parcel where it can be clearly seen. Each parcel will require a Goods Returns Label. If your parcel does not have a Goods Returns Label clearly displayed it will be refused and returned to you. Your returns will be processed within 7 working days, providing you have followed the correct procedure. Returns are generally processed on a Friday, with credit notes raised on the following Monday and Tuesday. Further Information: • Please compete all sections of the Product Returns Form accurately. Only completed forms receive an RA Number. • All faulty products will be replaced where possible. If not possible a credit will be allocated to your account. • We will not accept returns on LCD or parts for any mobile phones / devices. • All products returned must be complete with all original packaging and have been purchased within the last 3 months. • We have specific markings on our products. Please ensure you only send products you have bought from us. Products found not to be purchased from us will be returned to you at your expense. • Parcels sent without following procedure will be refused. • If you require copy invoices please ask your dealer manager who will email you copy invoices. • Please note we do not offer stock on a sale or return basis. • If you add more products after you have been issued an RA Number your parcel(s) will be returned at your expense. • It is your responsibility to return the goods to us securely as we do not collect returns. Please note that we are unable to credit any return delivery charges without prior authorisation agreed by a director.
